Cadila Healthcare Ltd:
Cadila Healthcare Ltd., the drugmaker, will be in focus after it announced the company and its subsidiary Zydus Pharma (USA) Inc on Tuesday announced that they have finalised an agreement with Kowa Company Ltd, Kowa Pharmaceuticals America Ind and Nissan Chemical Industries to settle all outstanding patent litigation related to Livalo tablets.
Delta Corp Ltd:
Delta Corp Ltd., the real estate and gaming Company, will be in focus after it announced on Wednesday before market hours reported a net profit of Rs 10.76 million, down 78%, against Rs 80.03 million in the corresponding quarter last year.
Goa Carbon Ltd:
Goa Carbon Ltd., calcined petroleum coke maker, will be in focus after it informed exchange regarding resumption of operations at Paradeep unit. There would not be any financial impact due to temporary shutdown of Paradeep unit on account of sufficient inventory of finished material.

Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd., construction and real estate developer, will be in focus after it informed exchange that it has acquired FIM's entire stake of approx 74% in IIPL for a total consideration of around Rs 3.82 billion and with this IIPL has become 100% owned by Indiabulls Real Estate.
