Axis Bank Ltd., India's third largest private lender, will be in focus after the board of Snapdeal (Jasper Infotech), owner and operater of FreeCharge, agreed to sell the digital payments platform to Axis Bank.

Capital First Ltd:

Capital First Ltd., a debt-financer to small entreprenuers, will be in focus after the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) said that the FII investment in Capital First crossed limit of 24%. 

Hero MotoCorp Ltd:

Hero MotoCorp Ltd., largest two-wheeler maker, will be in focus after its net profit rose 3.50% to Rs 9.14 billion in the quarter ended Jun 2017 as against Rs 8.83 billion during the previous quarter ended Jun 2016. Sales rose 7.74% to Rs 79.71 billion in the quarter this fiscal as against Rs 73.98 billion during the previous quarter ended last fiscal year. 

HCL Technologies Ltd:

HCL Technologies Ltd., a software service provider, will be in focus after it reported its net profit at Rs 22.10 and consolidated EBIT at Rs 24.44 billion. EBIT Margin stood at 20.1%.

Idea Cellular Ltd:

Idea Cellular Ltd., India's third largest telecom operator, will be in focus as it will reseale its quarterly earning results. It is expected to be gloomy as Motilal Oswal, a brokerage firm believes that it may report a net loss of Rs 8.39 billion against net profit of Rs 2.20billion in the corresponding quarter a year ago.

Indraprastha Gas Ltd:

Indraprastha Gas Ltd., the country's leading natural gas distributor, will be in focus after Reserve Bank of India allowed foreign institutional investors (FIIs)/ foreign portfolio investors (FPI) to buy more shares. RBI raised FIIs/FPIs buying limit in the natural gas distributor from 24% to 30%.

Katwa Udyog Ltd:

Katwa Udyog Ltd., a cement maker, will be in focus after it is renamed as Shri Keshav Cements & Infra with effect from Aug 01, 2017.

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd:

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., an automobile maker, will be in focus after it is hopefull for a $6 billion order from the US government for postal delivery vehicles, and will submit over a dozen prototypes for road-testing between September and November this year as the process enters its final round. 

Maruti Suzuki Ltd:

Maruti Suzuki Ltd., India's largest carmaker, will be in focus as it is expected to release a double-digit growth in net profit for the quarter ended Jun 30, 2017. Edelweiss Securities, a brokerage firm sees 20.60% on year rise in profit after tax, while EBITDA and revenue may increase by 16% and 16.40% on year basis.

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd:

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd., India's biggest oil explorer, will be in focus it is in plan with Hydrocarbon Vision 2030 for North-East Region. The management approved additional investment of Rs 31.04 billion for drilling of wells and creation of surface facilities to produce gas from Tripura gas fields. 

Pidilite Industries Ltd:

Pidilite Industries Ltd., an adhesive maker, will be in focus after it reported a 16.77% decline in net profit declined to Rs 2.26 billion in the quarter ended Jun 2017 as against Rs 2.72 billion during the previous quarter ended Jun 2016. Sales declined 2.58% to Rs 15.28 billion in the quarter ended this fiscal. 

PNB Gilts Ltd:

PNB Gilts Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Punjab National bank, will be in focus after its net profit rose 29.63% to Rs 251.1 million in the quarter ended Jun 2017 as against Rs 193.7 million during the previous quarter ended Jun 2016. 

Parsvnath Developers Ltd:

Parsvnath Developers Ltd, India's largest real-estate developer, will be in focus after the controversial Parsvnath Exotica project in Ghaziabad stands on shaky ground after suffering another blow. Land owner Devidayal Aluminium 
Industries (DAIPL) cancelled the power of attorney (PoA) for the plot and sent a legal notice to Parsvnath Developers to vacate within a month. 

Radico Khaitan Ltd:

Radico Khaitan Ltd., a maker of industrial alcohol, will be in focus after its net profit rose 16.67% to Rs 256.9 million in the quarter ended Jun 2017 as against Rs 220.2 million during the previous quarter ended Jun 2016. Sales declined 4% to Rs 4.11 billion in the quarter ended this fiscal. 

Tata Teleservices Ltd: 

Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd, Tata group led telecom service provider, will be in focus after proposing to funds upto an aggregate amount of Rs. 13 billion. The Board will consider the proposal and type of issue on Jul 31, 2017. 

Tata Motors Ltd:

Tata Motors Ltd., the owner of Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) luxury car brand, will be in focus after its board at meeting held on Jul 26 has approved offering for subscription, on a private placement basis, up to 10,000 rated, listed, unsecured, redeemable, non convertible debentures of face value of Rs 10 each at par, aggregating up to Rs 10.00 billion comprising of two tranches of debentures of Rs 500 each. 

Vedanta Ltd:

Vedanta Ltd, the Anil Agarwal's led group, will be in focus after it plans to raise up to $1 billion in dollar bonds in the second such issue in six months, harnessing global liquidity to pare high-cost debt and build an expansion kitty ahead of the mining cycle turnaround. The sale is likely as early as next week.

Va Tech Wabag Ltd:

Va Tech Wabag Ltd., a provider of water treatement services, will be in focus after it has won a repeat order in Bengaluru worth Rs 3.86 billion.

Adani Power's Board of Directors approved demerger of the Mundra Power 4,620 MW undertaking to a subsidiary of the Adani Power with associated assets and liabilities including bank loans.

Birtannia Industries Ltd., a biscuit manufecturer, and ITC Ltd., a cigerette maker, will be in focus after the Supreme Court asked themto settle their dispute regarding the alleged deceptive packaging of their digestive biscuits out of court. The order to this effect was passed as the two companies sought time to try to amicably settle the dispute. 

Bodal Chemicals Ltd:

Bodal Chemicals Ltd., a mnufecturer and supplier of dye, will be in focus after Ashish Kacholia, known for his multi bagger mid and small-cap picks, has bought 120 million shares or 1.09% stake in Bodal Chemicals at Rs 165 per share on Jul 11. Bengal Finance and Investment also bought 725,000 shares of Bodal Chemicals at Rs 166.69 per share. Separately, Rakeshbhai Ravjibhai Patel, who is one of the promoters of Bodal Chemicals, sold 2.35 million shares at Rs 165 apiece. 

Hindustan Machine Tools Ltd:

Hindustan Machine Tools Ltd. (HMT),  a state-owned manufecturer, will be in focus after it revealed its plan to close 3 subsidiaries and dispose of their assets.

IndusInd Bank Ltd:

IndusInd Bank Ltd., a state-owned lender, will be in focus after CLSA, a brokerage, raised its target for the stock to Rs 1,870 from from Rs 1,680. The brokerage expects the lender to see 25% CAGR over FY17-20. It has raises the bank's earnings estimates by 1-2% and the strengthening of CASA franchise aids derisking of loans. 

ICICI Bank Ltd:

ICICI Bank Ltd., India's second-biggest private lender, will be in focus after it along with Prem Watsa's Fairfax Financial Holdings together are expected to dilute a stake of at least 20% in the initial public offering (IPO) of ICICI Lombard General Insurance company. ICICI Lombard's IPO will be the first public offering by a general insurance company.

Reliance Industries Ltd:

Reliance Industries Ltd., the Mukesh Ambani led largest integrated refiner, will be in focus after the government approved expansion of its petrochemical complex in Gujarat, entailing investment of Rs 21 billion.

Tata Global Beverages Ltd:

Tata Global Beverages Ltd. (TGBL), a part of the Tata Group, will be in focus after it decided to sell its stake in various Tata group listed companies to its parent, Tata Sons, in the next few months. TGBL owns close to Rs 7.55 billion stake in other Tata group firms, especially in Tata Chemicals. 

Tata Steel Ltd:

Tata Steel Ltd., India's biggest integrated steel maker, will be in focus after Tata Steel UK has signed a definitive sale agreement to sell two of its pipe mills in Hartlepool to Liberty House Group. Today's Stocks To Watch In Indian Share Market

Aviation cos:

SpiceJet Ltd, InterGlobe Aviation Ltd (IndiGo) and Jet Airways Ltd., will be in focus, after passengers carried by domestic airlines grew by close 18% to 46.59 million during January-May 2017 as against 39.60 million in the corresponding period of previous year, according to the performance report of the domestic airlines released on Monday.

Advanced Enzyme Technologies Ltd:

Advanced Enzyme Technologies Ltd., the drug maker, will be in focus as it eyes inorganic growth through acquisitions and targeting Rs 10 billion turnover in the next five years. The research-driven company is looking for acquisitions in Europe and North America. 

Bharati Defence and Infrastructure:

Bharati Defence and Infrastructure Ltd, India's largest shipbuilder, will be in focus on initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and appointment of Interim Resolution Professional (IRP).

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd:

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL), the state-run refiner, will be in focus as it is revisiting its mothballed plan to build a refinery in Allahabad to cater to the expanding demand for fuel in the country. "It's an old plan. Now we are reassessing it. We already have land for that and have begun erecting boundaries around it," D Rajkumar, managing director, BPCL told ET. He didn't say by when the company would take a decision on this.

Reliance Infrastructure Ltd:

Reliance Infrastructure Ltd., the Anil Ambani led infrastructure provider, will be in focus after the Supreme Court on Monday rejected Delhi Metro Rail Corporation's plea to stay a Delhi High Court order asking it to pay Rs 600 million to Delhi Airport Metro Express Private Limited (DAMEPL), a Reliance Infrastructure subsidiary.

Reliance Communications Ltd., the Anil Ambani led fourth largest telecom service provider, will be in focus after it sought to reassure investors saying the debt-laden telecom firm has been given a reprieve of seven months to service its debt.


SpiceJet Ltd:

SpiceJet Ltd., the aviation services provider, will be in focus after it reported 61.40% decline in its standalone net profit for the fiscal fourth quarter of 2016-17, due to demonetisation and increase in fuel cost. According to the airline, its Q4 net profit declined to Rs 416.3 million from Rs 1.08 billion a year ago. 

Suzlon Energy Ltd:

Tata Communications Ltd., the Tata Group telecom service provider, will be in focus after it entered into an agreement with Bahrain's Batelco to collaborate in the field of cloud computing and connectivity solutions to their customers. The agreement allows Tata communications to extend its data centre footprint in locations like Bahrain, Jordon, among others enabled by Batelco.

Uflex Ltd:

Uflex Ltd., the flexible packaging material maker, will be in focus after it forayed into aseptic liquid packaging segment besides adding more products as it aims an overall volume growth of 15% this fiscal. The company expects its Sanand-based septic liquid packaging manufacturing plant, where it is investing around Rs 5.80 billion, to be operational this fiscal.

Vedanta Ltd:

Vedanta Ltd., the world's largest miner, will be in focus after it said that the ratings for the company have been revised by India Ratings & Research to IND AA/Stable from IND AA/Negative earlier. The announcement was made after market hours on Friday. 

Wipro Ltd:

Wipro Ltd., the third largest software services exporter, will be in focus after it deployed nearly a quarter of its $100 million corporate venture capital fund in nine start ups in the last two years, a far larger percentage of its fund than cross-town rival Infosys, the company disclosed in its annual filing to the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Adani Power Ltd., the Adani Group company, will be in focus after it reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 49.61 billion for the fiscal fourth quarter to Mar 2017. It had posted a net profit of Rs 10.21 billion in the corresponding period of 2015-16.

Adani Transmission Ltd:
The company will be in focus after it reported 5.17% decline in consolidated net profit for the Jan-Mar quarter at Rs 949 million. The power transmission arm of the diversified Adani Group had reported a net profit of Rs 1.00 billion in the corresponding period of last fiscal. 

Bank of Baroda:
Bank of Baroda approves fund raising of additional capital fund up to Rs 90 billion which includes Rs 60 billion via Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) issue of equity and Rs 30 billion by TIER 1 bond issue. 

Birla Corporation Ltd:
Birla Corporation Limited, the flagship company of the MP Birla Group, announced today its financial results for the year ended 31 March 2017, as well as the consolidated results, including those of Reliance Cement Private Limited (RCCPL), wholly-owned material subsidiary for the period from 22 August 2016 to 31 March 2017.

Cadila Healthcare Ltd:
Cadila Healthcare Ltd.., the drug maker, will be in focus on reporting consolidated net profit at Rs 3.85 billion for the quarter ended March 31. The company had posted a net profit after taxes, non controlling interests, share of profit/loss of joint ventures of Rs 5.68 billion in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal, Cadila Healthcare said in a statement to exchanges.

CG Power & Industrial Solutions Ltd:
CG Power & Industrial Solutions Ltd., the LN Thapar Group company, will be in focus after it received an offer to buy its US unit. The deal is expected to be completed by June 30, 2017.

DLF Ltd:
DLF Ltd, a real estate company, will be in focus after it recorded consolidated revenues of Rs 89.41 billion for the financial year ended 31st March 2017, down by 16% from Rs 105.97 billion compared to its previous financial year.

Geojit Financial Services Ltd:
Geojit Financial Services Ltd., the non-banking financial services provider, will be in focus after its net profit more than doubled to Rs 152.9 million for the fourth quarter of the last fiscal ending March 31, 2017 from Rs 65.1 million a year ago. Revenue of the company rose 15% to Rs 798.6 million in the reporting period from Rs 695.5 million a year ago. 

Indraprastha Gas Ltd:
Indraprastha Gas Ltd (IGL), the state-run natural gas distributor, will be in focus after it reported a 23% rise in net profit for the fourth quarter ended March at Rs 1.34 billion, buoyed by better turnover and sales. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 1.09 billion in corresponding period of 2016.

National Aluminium Company Ltd:
National Aluminium Company Ltd (Nalco), the aluminium maker, will be in focus after it registered a growth of 25.23% with a net profit of Rs 2.68 billion in the fiscal fourth quarter ended Mar 2017 as against Rs 2.14 billion during the same period of the previous fiscal.

PTC India Ltd:
PTC India Ltd., the state-owned power trading solutions provider, will be in focus after it posted an over two-fold rise in standalone net profit at Rs 787 million for the quarter ended March 31. It had posted standalone net profit at Rs 355 million in the same quarter of financial year 2015-16, PTC India said in a statement to exchanges.

Punj Lloyd Ltd:
Punj Lloyd Ltd., the infrastructure services provider, will be in focus after its standalone net loss narrowed to Rs 1.82 billion during the fourth quarter ended March 31. The company had posted a loss of Rs 3.96 billion in the year-ago quarter, it said in a statement to exchanges.

Reliance Communications Ltd:
Reliance Communications Ltd., the Anil Ambani led Group Company, will be in focus after it reported loss of Rs 9.48 billion for the fourth quarter ended March 2017, hurt by intense price war unleashed by newcomer Jio. Telecom player had registered net profit of Rs 790 million in the corresponding period of the previous year. 

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd:
Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC), India's biggest oil & natural gas explorer, will be in focus after it said its fiscal fourth-quarter net profit slipped 6% to Rs 43.40 billion due to higher statutory levies and other expenses.

Omaxe Ltd:
Omaxe Ltd., the real estate developer, will be in focus after it announced a 55% drop in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter ended March at Rs 129.8 million, compared with Rs 290.3 million in the same period of 2015-16. 

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd:
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., India's largest drugmaker by market value, will be in focus after fiscal fourth-quarter consolidated profit slipped 13.62% on lower revenue. Meanwhile, Raksha S Valia, the person acting in concert with the promoters, pledged additional 425,000 equity shares of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd in favour of 'Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd' on 24th May, 2017.

Tech Mahindra Ltd:
Tech Mahindra Ltd., the nation's fifth largest software services exporter, will be in focus after fiscal fourth-quarter group profit slipped 32% on higher expenses. Group profit fell to Rs 5.89 billion in the three months ended Mar 31 as compared to Rs 8.76 billion in the previous quarter, Tech Mahindra said in a statement to the stock exchanges on Friday after market hours.

Videocon Industries Ltd:
Videocon Industries Ltd., the consumer goods maker, will be in focus after it reported a standalone net loss of Rs 5.48 billion for the fourth quarter ended March 31. It had reported a net loss of Rs 1.90 billion in the same period a year ago, Videocon Industries said in a statement to exchanges

Bharti Airtel Ltd., the largest listed telecom service provider, Idea Cellular Ltd., the third largest telecom service provider, will be in focus after the Reliance Jio filed a complaint with the telecom ministry alleging that incumbents Bharti Airtel, Vodafone and Idea did not deposit requisite licence fee in March, which led to a potential loss of Rs 4 billion to the government. 

Corporation Bank Ltd:
Public sector lender Corporation Bank will be in focus after its board approved plans to raise capital up to Rs 35 billion. 

Den Networks Ltd:
Broadcasting and cable TV service provider Den Networks Ltd., will be in focus after it reported narrowing of consolidated net loss at Rs 605.5 million for the fourth quarter ended March 31. The company had posted consolidated net loss of Rs 2.10 billion in the January-March quarter of the previous fiscal, Den Networks said in a statement to exchanges on Monday after market hours. 

GAIL India Ltd:

State-owned gas utility GAIL India Ltd., will be in focus after it signed a first-ever time-swap deal to sell some of its US liquefied natural gas (LNG) as it rejigs the supply portfolio in line with domestic demand.? Meanwhile, GAIL (India)'s net profit dropped 68.7% to Rs 2.60 billion on 15.9% rise in total income to Rs 136.74 billion in Q4 March 2017 over Q4 March 2016. The fall in bottomline was due to accounting of impairment of investments in Ratnagiri Gas and Power (RGPPL) of Rs 7.83 billion in Q4 March 2017. The net profit without the impact of impairment rose 25% to Rs 10.43 billion in Q4 March 2017 over in Q4 March 2016.

IDBI Bank:
The state-owned industrial lender, will be in focus after two major unions - All India Bank Employees' Association (AIBEA) and All India Bank Officers' Association (AIBOA) - decided to chalk out separate agitation and strike programmes in support of early wage revision in IDBI Bank, the unions said. Employees of IDBI Bank will strike work on Tuesday demanding wage revision. 

Karnataka Bank Ltd:
Karnataka Bank Ltd., the private sector lender, will be in focus after it inked pact with the country's largest insurer Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) to sell its insurance policies at the formers branches. An agreement was signed on Monday between LIC and the bank for selling life insurance products of the former, Karnataka Bank said in a statement. 

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd:
Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd., the private sector lender, will be in focus as founder Uday Kotak sold 18 million of the bank's shares in the open market, enabling him to comply with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) direction to reduce his stake in the private sector lender to less than 30%. 

PTC India Financial Services Ltd:
PTC India Financial Services Ltd (PFS), the state-owned power sector lender, will be in focus after it reported a 124% rise in standalone net profit to Rs 1.10 billion for fiscal fourth quarter ended March 2017. The company's net profit during similar quarter of previous fiscal was at Rs 490 million. 

Ruchira Papers Ltd:
Kraft Paper manufacturer Ruchira Papers Ltd., will be in focus after it reported an over two-fold jump in net profit at Rs 92.6 million for the March quarter. The company had reported a net profit at Rs 40.3 million in the corresponding quarter of last fiscal, Ruchira Papers said in a statement.

Tata Motors Ltd:
Tata Motors Ltd., the owner of Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) luxury brand, will be in focus ahead of fiscal fourth quarter result to be declared later in the day.

Tata Power Company Ltd:
Tata Power Company Ltd., the power supplier to Mumbai and Delhi, will be in focus after it said total generation from all its power plants crossed 52,000 million units last fiscal. Its consolidated generation through all subsidiaries stood at 52,512 million units (MUs) in 2016-17 as compared to 47,347 MUs in the previous fiscal.
