TNS STOCKS TO WATCH - Tuesday 22/NOV/2016 - Arvind, Dhampur Sugar, Indian Hotels, Shobha, Wipro

Arvind Ltd:

Arvind Ltd., the Textiles major will be in focus after it raised Rs 7.40 billion from the market by diluting stake in subsidiary -- Arvind Fashions Ltd. The company completed the transaction and raised the amount from Multiples, a private equity firm, the company informed exchanges.

Dhampure Speciality Sugars Ltd:

Dhampure Speciality Sugars Ltd., the sugar maker, will be in focus after it reported a net profit of Rs 1.20 million against net profit of Rs 990,000 in the corresponding quarter last year.

Indian Hotels Company Ltd:

Indian Hotels Company Ltd., the owner of Taj brand of hotels, will be in focus after it decided to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to consider removal of CP Mistry as director. The EGM will be held on December 20.

Muthoot Capital Services Ltd:

Muthoot Capital Services Ltd., the non banking financial company will be in focus after it informed that Crisil downgraded its rating on the debt instruments and bank facilities to 'Crisil A-/FA-/Stable' from 'Crisil A/FA/Stable', the rating on the short-term debt has been reaffirmed at 'Crisil A1'. The downgrade is primarily on account of downgrade in ratings on the bank facilities and debt instruments.

Reliance Infra Ltd:

Reliance Infrastructure Ltd., the largest privately owned infrastructure company will be in focus after its EPC Division won a prestigious EPC order for Rs 36.75 billion (Rs 23.02 billion plus $205 million) from NLC India (formerly known as Neyveli Lignite Corporation) for setting up two Lignite based CFBC Thermal Power Projects of capacity 250 MW each, in Barsingsar and
Bithnok of Bikaner District, Rajasthan, India.

Sobha Ltd:

Sobha Ltd, the Bengaluru-based real estate company will be in focus after it said consolidated net profit remained flat at Rs 384 million for the September quarter of the current fiscal. Its net profit had stood at Rs 388 million in the same period of last financial year.

Wipro Ltd:

Wipro Ltd., the third largest exporter of IT services will be in focus after it announced that it has been selected as a member of the global Dow
Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) - 2016 for the seventh year in succession. Wipro is included in both the DJSI World and Emerging Markets Indices.

Results Today:

Larsen & Toubro, Allcargo Logistics, IRB Infrastructure, Ushdev International and Birla Corporation will announce their financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
